Her background in the cleaning industry began at a local property management company, where she developed a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and reliability. Under Melissa’s leadership, our experienced cleaning team delivers top-notch services for homes, vacation properties, and rental spaces. Whether you need regular upkeep, a deep clean, or full preparation for incoming guests, Melissa’s division ensures every inch of your property is looked after with care and professionalism.

Mackenzie oversees the property solutions aspect of Calm Waters, bringing a strong focus on organization, client relations, and property oversight. Since 2018, Mackenzie has been working in property management industry, developing a strong foundation of experience. Mackenzie’s hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining properties to the highest standards ensure everything is well maintained.
Melissa and Mackenzie work together to ensure every aspect of your property is maintained to the highest standards. While Mackenzie focuses on the property management side, overseeing upkeep and systems, Melissa takes care of the cleaning and concierge services. Together, they provide comprehensive care for both the interior and exterior of your property, ensuring your property is cared for year-round.
